About this material

这是一节完整的点咖啡课。每个顾客的手机上有自己想喝的：冰美式还是热拿铁、小杯中杯还是大杯、要不要少糖、再来个三明治、有没有会员卡。顾客去收银台说：“要一杯拿铁。”收银员一句一句问：“冰的还是热的？要小杯、中杯还是大杯？请问有会员卡吗？”听着在手机上下单。

顾客手机上马上出现小票：不对就说哪里不对，收银员改；对了就付钱，拿取餐号。咖啡师照小票做好，老师的大屏幕叫号：“A零幺号，您的饮料好了！”顾客去拿，看看杯子对不对，做错了要说：“不好意思，我要的是热的，不是冰的。”
