EachTone ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Contact details you send through our forms (name, email, message) — used only to reply to you.
  • Order details when you buy materials (email, product, payment reference) — used to deliver your files and provide support. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
  • Newsletter subscription — your email, only if you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles, and no ads follow you around after a visit.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, the Google Ads tag may set a cookie that records the ad click, so we can see whether that ad led to a trial request, an enquiry, a purchase or a WeChat contact. That is all it is used for: remarketing and ad personalisation are switched off.

  • In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the cookie is only set if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google receives no cookie and no personal data from this site.
  • Elsewhere the measurement cookie is on by default. You can switch it off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your choice is stored on your device only. Google's own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy. Page views on our own statistics (Vercel Analytics) use no cookies at all.

Data processors

We use trusted providers to run this site: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and ad measurement (Google Ads, as described above). Each processes only what is needed for its function.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.
